    was some kind of a strange bug - replaced the modules ... now it works well. anyways thanks for your help.

    Hi,
    when i try to spawn random ai civs in a marker and turn debug on i can see many green population points in the houses.
    but it does spawn max two civs in a marker 150x150 with extreme population and 150 limit.
    can somebody tell me what i am doing wrong?
