when i try to apply, but note that i have demote, edit and other abilities now, that i did NOT have, but on my profile says im not part of any group

we had an clan group here created by a member who is left and does not answer any previous contacts. we want to get back to this but can not create group or access old one. would it be possible if you can delete old one so we can create new one please?
