FYI: I am unsure if this rpt relates. Since answering last time and this reply, I have physically removed the other mods, so that only CBA, ALiVE and AliveServer are present on the server.
And we've been playing the Apex Protocol tonight.
It is however, the only rpt on the server, and I'll gladly try to recreate the circumstances tomorrow (or report how it works now).

What I meant was: What are the filenames for the standard included ALiVE missions are?
I just tried the Stratis QS mission on our Rented Dedi server, and tried spawning a military obj attack with CSAT OPFOR.
When I arrived at the objective, there were two (2!) soldier to eliminate. And this seems to be the kind that would normally be there since the objective spawned on one of the deignated compounds.
The server is initialized with CBA, Aliveserver and Alive, but it seem to have picked up on the other modfiles that are still on the server (Massi's NATO/RUS weapons, CUP Terrains, CUP Weapons, CUP Vehicles, CUP Units and norwegian units). These "additional mods" doesn't seem to interfere in any other way though...

Quick question about the server.cfg on a rented dedi server.
In the mission cycle, it says:

template = MP_COOP_m01.Stratis;
difficulty = "Recruit";
};
};
This template is a vanilla mission. I want to change it to one of the ALiVE missions.
Don't yet know which, so I suppose Quick Start on Stratis is fine.
But don't know what to put as the template... help?

Hey, you have quite a few missions made... Can you confirm if more than Thors Hammer will work on a dedicated server?

Can anyone give tips on missions that only use the ALiVE and RHS mods?
Anothre "requirement" is that the missin should work on a dedicated server...
I have trawled the steam community and looked at a couple of forums, but it seems that most missions need other mods in addition to ALiVE and RHS. And as we are runnig on a nitrado server, we don't want to strain it too much (it's probably fine, we are just noobs).
Any suggestions are welcome!
PS. If other mods really is needed, we'd like to know the pros and cons...
Tried a couple of different missions today, and didn't encounter the same anomaly.
Have to try and see if it can be replicated though. So tomorrow we'll try the Quick Start again, and see if we encounter the same problem.
Also worth mentioning, server has been restarted after anomaly was detected.
