Hard to say, you could try searching for ALIVE but not sure you will find much, most of the groups that play ALIVE are private. You could join the warroom to see if you could join one.

If you are still getting the error:
Include file x\cba\addons\main\script_macros.hpp not found
it means that CBA was not found, so double check you have CBA installed and loaded correctly, follow the install guide: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=18767
You both need to have CBA installed to run ALiVE:
Dependencies: ALiVE Requires @CBA_A3
Are you running any mods that remove the radio chatter? I think I remember AGM having something that disables radio?
Various deaths, destruction and some vision of the improvements to the multispawn module (with respawn heli insert, among others) the new C2ISTAR module with Player Tasking, SITREP and PATROLREP functions. Enjoy! :)
Only with multiple airfields as the CS locations. BIS is not the best with aircraft and runway handling :)

Not sure about an indicator mod to be honest, we may include civ aggression and forcepool numbers in our new command and control module.
There is an open bug for this issue, I'm hoping to be able to resolve it prior to the 0.8 release.
The AI skill module will effect all AI spawned on the server side. That includes profiles.
AI reactions to fire and flanking are taken care of by many of the AI mods for arma 3, like bcombat, ASR or similar. We only set the skill parameters as defined here: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/AI_Sub-skills
