So below are the logs for the following scenario. ALiVE Quick Start mission no HC, same mods as broken mission launched on dedicated server. Played for a bit did server save and exit from ALiVE menu on pause. Restarted server and opened same mission.

This time it worked with the ALiVE quick start mission. Will try my mission without HC also.

Yep its all set to be persistent except health.

Update 2 - Mission is now showing on WarRoom and group/ player profile but nothing is being saved when you load back into the mission after restarting the server.

Should be the Server Log, HC is run off of the same exe though. I can run in debug on the DB Module and give those logs if thats better.

Quick update - I tried with one of the stock alive missions and it seems to have registered the operation with the War Room. I'm guessing its a problem with the mission?

I'm setting up an ALiVE persistence server however after following all instructions the mission launches and shows correct lines in RPT and ALiVE log files then after saving the mission and exiting the persistent state is not retrieved on the next launch of the mission. The operation does not show up in the WarRoom either.

Try the 3CB UK Infantry - that uses Stalkers stuff with CUP weapons and has Groups Defined - Heavy Section, Light Section and Fireteam.
