I have to learn to read I think "Virtualize editor placed units except sync'd units." Geeze that setting is already there. Sry boss I'm a little slow lol
Ok so for the whole map only place one virtual ai system module. This is what my vision is at the moment.
Map: Tanoa"Auto tasking player vs AI"
Factions: AI - (Occupy)RHS Russian"VDV"CIV and MIL, (ASSYMET.)Synidikat"CIV and MIL" ,(Invasion) RHS US Army"CIVand MIL"
Players are on US side.
In order for my player unmanned vehicles to respawn using the Arma 3 respawn module I have to set my Virtual AI System module to "Virtualize editor placed AI except syncd units".
Ok so now for the enemy Russian jets and helis. My understanding the Virtual AI system module needs to be set at "Virtualize only sync'd units" and then sync the manned Russian jets and helis to the module. for them to be virtualized. Am I correct on that?
I have already a V AI module set to the other setting.
I thought just syncing the jets/helis to the Russian ai commander would virtualize them plus allow the ai commander to use them when needed. ei: like if a player plane was attacking the ground units the ai commander would dispatch a jet to counter the threat. :)
Good day! Just need a bit of clarification on how to effectively have the virtual ai system to activate the enemy jets and helis I have on my map. Now I have been reading that in order to have the aircraft spawn in that I need to place down a Virtual AI System module "Virtualize only syncd units" and sync them to the ai filled plane/heli, then set my "spawn in" radius.
At the moment I have a Virtual AI System "Virtualize ai except sync'd units" and have that sync'd to all my empty vehicles plus those vehicle respawn modules."
Since I have one virtual ai system module down I can then place another one down and it wont conflict with the other? Or does there have to be only one virtual ai system module placed for everything?
Yup that is what I had tried to do. Walked up to the drone CUP_B_USMC_MQ9"Reaper", with a uav controller carrying nato uav terminal, uav backpack plus a uav battery, and used mouse scroll wheel only thing that showed up was open uav terminal. The uav operator was the Cup USMC too.
However I did test all the other CUP and rhs uav operators and still the same thing. Then I tried the nato operator and walked up to it and it at least gave me the option to hack into it so then after that it was show time.
This a bug with that drone? Or a bug with my brain? lol
Hey peeps! Hackin away at this map and I put down a UAV for a player to use. I linked the to the Virtual AI System module"virtualize ai except syncd..." then sync the vehicle respawn to the uav then synced the respawn module to the virtual ai system module. This is the only way to get the objects to respawn . :)
Anyways so I load up the mission as a uav operator to be on the safe side. Grab a uav terminal"NATO" then I open up the terminal clicked the list and nothing is showing up. I did put down a UAV"Reaper" at the end of the runway.
I even tried without the uav syncd to anything same problem. Any ideas?

Aaaaand that's exactly what it is lol thanks! I have 394 objectives for ISIS but get no more error. I'll do the smaller filters and bring down that 394 and not apply the HUGE filter. :) Thanks again!
I was working with this before. Most likely my issue. :) I was changing this to bring down my objectives for under 80. I had it down to 76 objectives for both factions. I did have, on the mil module for both, the size filtered out Huge objectives only.
I'll put both down to no filter and check that out. Thanks for the heads up I will let you know what I find out. :)
Yup there is only one yellow MIL on the map and it's on the small island at the top of the map. I figure that there should be more than one popping up on my debug.
