Hi,
I've created my own ALiVE mission and set up persistence, following all of the available tutorials and information posted. When I load my mission, the server crashes. My mission runs perfectly fine when I do not run the @AliveServer mod. When I add it, the crashing happens. I have downloaded the latest version of @ALiVE and @AliveServer as of today, August 8th, 2016 and installed them to rule out the possibility of version miss-matching.
It is essentially the same error described in this post.

Here is a video I took of the error to show all of the specific information, should it be necessary.

I have verified that I have .NET Framework 4.0 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 installed. I saw prior posts about this and saw there were requests for the aliveServer log file. I am not able to find an aliveServer log file. I believe it is not being created. Below is a link to my RPT file.
https://s3.amazonaws.com/crierd/ShareX/2016/08/arma3server_2016-08-09_01-28-14.rpt
All of my prior RPT files look very similar, (of the instances that have crashed) as far as I can tell (I'm not very experienced at looking through RPT files). They all end right at the beginning of the ALIVE text-art like the one above. I tried running one of the default missions, Operation Landlord. When I had the @AliveServer running, it also crashed, so I don't think it's my mission.
I also tried putting the ALiVEPlugIn.dll inside my root ArmA 3 directory. That doesn't stop the crashing. I ensured that my .dll file was not being blocked after extraction by both clicking on unlock and copying the @AliveServer folder from my machine onto the server through Remote Desktop Connection.
Suffice it to say, after reading all of the threads related to this error, I have exhausted my ability to trouble shoot it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I'm having a similar issue too, I have a post about it. Pretty frustrating.
Having essentially the same issue, I would appreciate a fix.
I ensured that the archive wasn't blocked when I extracted it, and the error I posted above about connecting to the api.hostip.info is gone, but persistence is still the same. None at all.
I'm currently having an issue where persistence through mission restart and server restart are non existent. The only persistence I am able to get working is rejoining the same mission, when it hasn't reset, I get my gear back and my position.
I have ensured all modules are set to persistent, I have followed ALiVE War Room server setup instructions, double checked I had the latest versions (Downloaded @ALiVEServer 2 days ago when I initially began setting this up.), I double checked the IP I was using for my server was input correctly, etc. When I go to the ALiVE War Room, on the left side, I do not see my operation has started, yet if I go to my group page, I see that I have joined my operation (Goldrush_King) so I know it is connecting to the War Room to some capacity. I have also ensured that my server's firewall is allowing the armaserver.exe through. I am at a loss at the moment.
A quick note, I am running two servers on my box, my ALiVE server is on the second one, the same IP is used except of course the port is different, it is 2312 while the other server, the non-ALiVE server is on the default 2302.
Below are two links, the first is the picture showing how I can see myself joining my server on my Group Information page, yet I don't see it appearing on the global war room page, on the top left. The second link is all of the logs I have seen you ask for in the past such as the RPT, ALiVE logs, etc.

I am by no means a technically inclined person regarding scripting, etc, but I did find this in the RPT after ALiVE initialized. This is just a small snippit, there is more in the RPT I linked above of course.
