Be aware of the shape of your TAOR markers! They must be in the shape of a circle. If you use an ellipse it will not be recognized by the modules at all.

Squares work, too. I have mixed results with rectangular ones. On one hand, the OPCOMs obey them as blacklists, but the CQB module does not. At least not for the TRACER system. I haven't actually encountered AI within my blacklist zone, just a lot of possible enemy markers.
