    We use foxgamingservers.com and dont have many issues with performance. No more than any other company anyway.
    I am not familiar with Bluefang but its not always the Dedi hosts fault. If you want to, send me a mission you made and I can see if its setup right.
    Not saying you are at fault, sometimes balance is a hard thing to achieve in the Armaverse.

    Kind of a vague question. Do you mean a mission? Do you need help finding a dedicated server? ... etc.
    Please be more specific.

    • Light houses are civilian objects meaning a military placement module won't recognize them.
    • What do you mean by "All modules was synched with TAOR marker for my side."?
    • Units do not need to be synced to the Virtual AI module unless you want ALiVE to control them. Example: You place a manned Blackfoot down and sync it, then ALiVE can use it and control it. Otherwise it doesn't need to be virtualized.

    As Marceldev89 said, ALiVE doesnt really touch low level AI stuff as long as you do not place the AI Skills module.
    ACE's AI pbo can be troublesome when an AI mod is script based but ASR "should" override any other AI settings.

    Riley posted in Persistence Question.

    As long as you do not rename the mission it will persist.

    Glad we could help. Best of luck with your mission.

    The last time I used R3F with alive the persistence worked fine if you followed the directions in the ALiVE Wiki.

    R3F Logistics: can I persist objects moved with R3F Log?

    Place a gamelogic on the map named LOGIC_ALIVE (or you can simply name the ALiVE (Required) module ``LOGIC_ALIVE). You need to add the following line of code to R3F_LOG\objet_deplacable\relacher.sqf at line 12:

    [LOGIC_ALIVE,"updateObject",[R3F_LOG_joueur_deplace_objet]] call ALIVE_fnc_logistics;
    ---------------------------------------
    Mod Compatability
    ---------------------------------------
    Note that you can disable ALIVE Player Logistics either with an editor module or in game using the interaction menu. However, any objects moved with a different system will not be persisted to the database.

    Madbull posted this useful script addition for R3F Logistics on the BI Forums. It will save the object to the database when your release a movable object with R3F. Place the Alive (Required) module as normal but name it LOGIC_ALIVE

    Then add the line in R3F_LOG\objet_deplacable\relacher.sqf at line 12:

    [LOGIC_ALIVE,"updateObject",[R3F_LOG_joueur_deplace_objet]] call ALIVE_fnc_logistics;

    Are you using the admin save and exit before shutting down the server?

    The answer is simple. Quit your job and save the world from the virtual insurgent threat!

    Riley posted in Tell me your war stories .

    One of the stories on the funny side of things was when my unit had found an IED factory and called in the Engineers to deal with it.
    While the squad secured the area the engineers got out, suited up and proceeded to the site. After removing the IEDs and destroying the building where they were, the squad reformed and the engineers went back for their vehicle only to find it missing.
    When they asked where it went one of the new guys to the unit spoke up and said that a civilian got in it and drove away. To which he was asked, "Why didn't you say something?".... (The best reply ever)... " I was told to watch this corner and unless I see an enemy I am to keep my mouth shut "!
    Never did find the missing vehicle.
