Hello everyone,
i really need some help, i installed the mod correctly and everything is fine but if i want to play civilians in towns or over the whole map it doesnt work.. i did also the tut's exactly and correct, no success. i maybe got one civilian and/ or a car in a town, nothing more.
I just've tried the templates in this forum because i want to see how to built this exactly and there was also only one civilian men in this town.
But i want to have something like that:

and even when i rebuilt this it doesnt work.
Any ideas?
