When we call in ammo supply drops this usually takes at least 5 minutes and sometimes as long as twenty minutes. This might be realistic but it doesn't suit the nature of our play style as we don't want to have to wait 20 minutes for a single bloody crate of ammo. Is there a way to speed this up?

It's a known issue, but the cause is unknown. Apparently, it may have something to do with 3rd party mods (ie. NATO delivers logistics just fine but RHS takes a long time) but that's just speculation based on others' reports.
