I've used rhs_faction_insurgents to populate guerrillas in past missions, but it seems to be broken in 1.0. Is that a bug or a feature?

The RHS group names for insurgents are identical to BIS ones, which is causing problems. We've resolved the issue and will be included the patch coming soon.
