alive plugin report back - 'You are not authorized to access ALiVE War Room" (SOLVED)

Hi Alive Dev

I have notice recently whenever I click "Admin Save & Exit" to save alive persistence mission in our server, it just pop-up "mission End" and goes back to the "Mission Select" page.

Today I open up the Alive Plugin rpt file. It report

"Return value [['StartALiVE','ERROR','You are not authorized to access ALiVE War Room with this account. Check IP and Groupname.']]"

This is strange because we been using Alive and the same server provider (Streamline-Server) and IP address, since more then 12 month and never had this problem until now. Below are the full detail of the rpt file. Your kind help is much appreciated.
