I don't know if this question has been asked before but is it possible to delay ALiVEs setup for a certain amount of time to allow other parts of my mission frame to do it's thing. At the moment the mission takes forever to startup and i think its because my framework and alive are conflicting. Any thoughts?

Confliction shouldn't really matter, there isn't a way to delay ALiVE's init.

Try reducing the number of AI profiles and/or mil/civ locations detected by ALiVE. Also test your ALiVE startup separately from your framework just to ensure it's ALiVE that is the culprit.
