Just curious if anyone has seen a civ with the mousewheel gather Intel option since the most recent ALiVE update?

I got plenty of intel from a civ a couple of days ago. So unless Alive has been updated since then..

Hmm. That's good then. Ever since the new "detain" "arrest" options, I haven't seen any civs with the "gather Intel" mousewheel option at all.
Usually I get a civ in every village or so. I'm 4 hours into a persistent save and have talked to dozens upon dozens of civvies and nada. Not a single one has the option. Strange.
