Mission loads fine, works fine, only missing persistence. Modules such as IED, CQB, Civi, Asymmetric warfare, ext work fine.

Persistence is on in the config and mission, I still can't get ALiVE and my mission to connect together correctly.

Hmm Anizay does have an index, which doesn't really matter for persistence, so it should work fine.
Did you perhaps have some weird characters in the mission name?
