There is a problem setting waypoints for autonomous uav vehicles in Arma 3 with AliVE. Left Ctrl + leftmouse should set a waypoint, but instead it puts down an ALiVE marker. Is there some way of modifying this so that the command does not conflict?

Unfortunately not at the moment - it's another thing on the list. You can press escape to get rid of the marker dialogue, should work ok I think. At least, I've managed to use both but I have heavily modified ArmA3 keybindings and I can't for the life of me remember what buttons I press.
