    greetings my fellow people.
    So, ive recently been pondering ideas regarding a new mission. basically, the back story is WIP but heres what i got.
    After years of turmoil, and government abuse, a small group of civilian vigilantes seek to rebel and overthrow the tyrant government. small in numbers, but big in determination, they will start the uprising and bring freedom back to their country.
    k, cheesy i know.
    Pretty much, i want to create a campaign where you start off in a small encampment, maybe a house in the middle of the woods, with a small detachment of followers. and work to build a network of rebel forces.
    Its difficult to explain, but i want a scenero that progresses rather slowly, with you and your followers branching out covertly, blending in with the civilian population and recruiting other civis to join your cause. eventually, i would like this scenero to progress from a small group of rebels doing what they can to undermine the government and coerce followers, into a full on civil war over time. with the player being the leading commander of course.
    So, starting slow with covert asymmetric tactics, and progressing into an established military campaign to take back the land.

    Any suggestions?

    yup, persistence is on, everything from the mission persists, with the exception of these one certain captured basses lol. kinda found a work around tho, i just created a primary HQ for the AAF, increased the amount of AI allowed to compensate and took away the statis HQ's for each individual region.
    doesn't fill up the capturable regions as id like with aaf, but it works lol.

    Howdy all.
    So, i recently setup a campaign which involves the following backstory.
    Northeastern altis has been rummaged by an ongoing civil war between the AAF (occupiers) and the unruly civilian population (OPFOR FIA). Nato has tasked the US with invading the region and destroying the AAF's presence in the area, as well as curbing the revolting populace by any means.
    So basically, you play as a nato sub commander, being that i have a nato commander handing a majority of the ai. and you invade and take over the northeastern portion of altis.
    The problem im having, is that certain objectives, well, military bases, which i have deemed the AAF's HQ within a TAOR does not seem to be persistent when nato forces capture it. being that, nato will capture it, ill server save and exit the mission, and when i boot the mission back up, all units are where they originally were, all objectives will hold their captured by nato status, with the exception of newly placed AAF units within the Military HQ base which was captured the previous session, which causes the captured by nato status to cease.. now mind you, i have 4 TAORs setup to signify separate regions. each with their own AAF main HQ.
    My question is, how do i make it to where once the HQ for a region is captured and under nato control it persists to be captured across numerous sessions?

    k, so i figured out the problem, it was a mod.
    however, even though i can use the "Server save and exit" now, it doesn't seem like Player local, player loadout, or tasks are saving, everytime i exit, close down the server, then restart it, it seems to reset all entities. any reason why?

    ummm, only what TADST has. I added file patching and battle eye. other than those two things not that i know of.
    How can i check?

    where can i find my RPT and plugin logs using windows 10?
    And i believe i am logged in as admin. I usually go to map/players/and vote myself admin since im the only one using server. Is there another way to log in as an admin that i should be doing?

    Hello.
    I just recently setup a private dedicated server using TADST and ALiVE so that i could play my SP missions and save without having the out of memory crash.
    After some tinkering, i managed to get my player stats showing up in the war room, sessions played, activities within session, kia's, server operation, ect. all that shows up, and i get the message off to the right when i load up the server.
    However, when I go to look up the server performance monitoring in the war room, nothing shows up. Also, when I'm in game and i attempt to use the "Server save and exit" option, nothing happens. The ALiVE menu works, the admin exit work, as well as player exit. Yet the "Server save and exit", option, seems to be unresponsive.
    Any idea on what would cause this? or hows to solve this issue?
