Can I Have the C2ISTAR auto-task for my faction but at the same time have some pre-made Main Objective tasks? Kinda like the main story line has certain tasks to achieve and the tasks the AI commander gives are more like side quests?

You could manually create a task via the tasks tablet.

Hmm. But what about premade tasks? And can I autotask while also making tasks with the tablet?

I don't see any reason why you couldn't have pre-made tasks at mission start then add others via tablet.

but can i use c2istar atuotasking and still make custom tasks? i have seen at points like in insugency where autotasking is disabled.

Ah by custom tasks you mean within the alive tablet? Pretty sure that's possible although I've never tried it myself. Only one way to find out ;)
