Alive mod has been placed on the server, still not being able to access it. Is there another mod that I am missing? I have CBA, task force and the whole nine yards just can't seem to get it running.

You need it clientside to build the missions with it (see modules in the editor) and on both client and the server to run the missions.

As Friz mentioned you need @alive on both the server and the clients. There is also @aliveserver that runs on the server only, however that is only if you are using persistence and have signed up for an account on the War Room.
