HQ Air Spawning Question

    I don't like to make a new thread when I already have another active one, but this is a completely un-related question and specifically is toward Alive:

    I want CSAT to be able use 2 choppers and only 2 choppers, and have those choppers able to respawn with their reinforcements. I'm pretty sure the logistics module can handle spawning the reinforcement groups, but other than the "place air at objective" option in the Military Placement module, there is no other way to limit how many air groups the OPCOM can control. I can set the infantry group limits, the motorized group limits, the mechanized group limits, armor and spec ops limits; but no "air" group limits.

    Will manually placing 2 choppers and syncing them to the AI Commander be effective at giving them 2 and only 2 choppers to use through the game?

    This is probably your best option. I would disable all other forms of air spawning and then manually sync to helicopters for that faction. The synced Military Logistics module should reinforce the faction with BCR for the units when they are killed.

    Yes, but sync to Virtual AI module, not Comd. The AI comd will automatically use any profiled unit.
