Do civilians spawned by any other means other than Civ placement modules get utilised by the insurgent mechanic opcom? For things like recruitment etc.

I don’t think so. You could quickly test this using CQB to spawn civ faction though.

Unfortunately.
I have tasted the Lythium, and since then I just can’t play on any other map. I use TPW to spawn civs, but they are not utilized in my pathetic little insurgency.
God I wish so bad for that map to get updated to work better with Alive.
