The Civilian modules create an ambient civilian population throughout the map. Civilians have their own pattern of life, going to work in the morning and returning home at night. They also have a relationship with military forces in the area which will change overtime depending on the number of civilians caught in the crossfire.
- Civilian Population System module must be placed on the map to create civilian profiles (do not sync to anything)
- Civilian Placement has various options to place civilians around the map.
